Australia Domestic Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of order through a domestic postage service, this may vary depending on the item and delivery location. Purchases made during collection launches may experience longer lead-times in some cases. As all of our pieces are fragile and in some cases quite large, we package and ship our items with care and all insurances. Prices will vary dependant on exact size + location.

International shipping is currently unavailable.

Returns

We take great care in our quality control prior to dispatch, however in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days to resolve. For damaged items, we appreciate any photographic record of the state of the packaging so that we can assess the issue on our end. Any return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us. In some cases, a repair to the original piece may be an option.

Simply contact us at hello@revere.studio . We’ll help you work out the best method to return the item safely and securely. Please note that any items damaged or lost during return are the responsibility of the customer and will no longer be eligible for refund.
